2. Online Ordering & Product Availability

All orders placed through our website are subject to product availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Due to the artisanal nature of our products, some items may have limited availability. We strive to update our website promptly to reflect stock levels, but cannot guarantee the availability of all items displayed at all times.

3. Pricing and Payments

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

All payments are processed securely. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated during the checkout process. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases.

4. Custom Orders

Custom cake and catering orders require a deposit and advance notice. Specific terms for custom orders will be provided during the consultation and quoting process. Changes or cancellations to custom orders must adhere to the timelines specified in your custom order agreement to avoid forfeiture of deposit.

5. Delivery and Pickup

Delivery services are available within a specified radius for an additional fee. Pickup options are available at our bakery during operating hours. Times for delivery and pickup are estimates and while we strive for punctuality, unexpected delays may occur.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Peak Sweets Bakery and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on canidae.info. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
